We formulate the Cool Down™ coolant additive not only for gasoline engines.
It also works very well as a diesel coolant additive.
It improves coolant performance and is safe for all radiator systems.
It's ideal for racing, street, recreational vehicle, and towing applications. Our product reduces cylinder head temperature by up to 23°C and lowers engine temperature by up to 16°C! Cool Down increases coolant flow for improved heat transfer.
Furthermore, it lubricates all vital components and is approved by most racing organizations. A 453 ml bottle treats cooling systems from 6 to 12 liters. For pure water applications, we recommend adding 50% more Cool Down. Additionally, diesel applications require twice the normal amount of Cool Down.

Advice :

The treatments last one year or 50,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. We suggest changing your coolant every two years.
When using it as a diesel coolant additive, we recommend using twice the suggested amount for complete protection of wet-sleeve cylinder liners. Another key point is that you should use 60ml of Cool Down for every liter of coolant in competition applications.

Can this coolant additive be mixed with antifreeze?
Yes, you can. Cool Down works perfectly with antifreeze. It's formulated for use with current OAT and HOAT formula engine coolants. We recommend changing your coolant every 2 years.

How to use Cool Down
Simply open the bottle and add the contents directly to the radiator or coolant reservoir. If you have access to a radiator cap, pouring Cool Down directly into the radiator is the preferred method. One 453 ml bottle treats cooling systems with a capacity of 6 to 12 liters.

Will your Cool Down coolant additive be effective in cold weather?
If used according to instructions, it should not interfere with the freeze protection provided by traditional antifreeze which contains glycol.
