Jet Ski Injector Testing and Cleaning Service

Before ordering new injectors for your jet ski, have your original ones tested and cleaned; this test is only possible with gasoline injectors and limited to 4 identical parts!

Everyone knows the damage a clogged, or worse, faulty jet ski injector can cause to an engine, whether it's modified or not. That's why we now offer injector testing and ultrasonic cleaning on our test bench.

Unstable idle, difficult starting (hot or cold), jerking, excessive fuel consumption, reduced performance, uneven spark plug color... these are just some of the signs that can result from clogged injectors. A faulty injector can lead to engine failure.

Replacing injectors is often expensive, whereas a proper test and cleaning at a lower cost can solve many problems!

We proceed as follows:

- Upon receipt of your injectors, and after placing an order on our promo-jetski website for this service, they are first roughly cleaned of the main impurities.

- Next, we place your injectors on our test bench to measure their flow rate and compare it with the manufacturer's data. Five modes are used and tested:

- Idle mode (2500 rpm)

- Mid-range mode (5000 rpm)

- Full throttle mode (7000 rpm)

- Acceleration mode (from 0 to 7500 rpm, or more for models that allow it, for 2 minutes)

- Calibration and balancing mode (to resolve aperture imbalance issues)

- After this operation, the injectors are fully immersed in an ultrasonic bath for thorough cleaning. Once this more in-depth cleaning is complete, we place only the nozzle in the ultrasonic bath and activate it to ensure a perfect cleaning.

- Finally, we perform a reverse test, more often called "REVERSE", which allows us to remove the debris stuck in the sieve, and we repeat a complete test with the 5 modes to measure any malfunctions that will or will not require the replacement of your injectors.

The price is for a maximum of 2, 3 or 4 injectors of the same reference.
