Jet Ski Injector Testing and Cleaning Service

Before ordering new injectors for your jet ski, have your originals tested and cleaned. This test is only possible with petrol injectors and within the limit of 4 identical parts!

Everyone knows what a dirty, or worse, faulty, jet ski injector can do to an engine, whether it's tuned or not. That's why we now offer bench testing and ultrasonic cleaning of your injectors.

Unstable idling, difficult starting whether hot or cold, jerking, excessive fuel consumption, reduced performance, different spark plug colors... these are just some of the things that can result from dirty injectors. A faulty injector can lead to engine failure...

Replacing injectors is often expensive, while a proper test and cleaning at a low cost can solve many problems!

We proceed as follows:

- Upon receipt of your injectors, and after placing an order on our promo-jetski website for this service, they are first roughly cleaned of the main impurities.

- Then we place your injectors on our test bench to measure their flow rate and compare it with the manufacturer's data. 5 modes are used and tested:

- Idle mode (2500 rpm)

- Mid-speed mode (5000 rpm)

- Full throttle mode (7000 rpm)

- Acceleration mode (from 0 to 7500 rpm, or more for models that allow it, and for 2 minutes)

- Calibration and balancing mode (to solve aperture imbalance problems)

- After this operation, the injectors are completely immersed in an ultrasonic bath to clean them completely. Once the more thorough cleaning is done, we place only the nozzle in the ultrasonic bath, and stimulate its operation to obtain a perfect cleaning.

- Finally, we carry out a reverse test, more often called "REVERSE", which allows us to remove the debris stuck in the sieve and we carry out a complete test with the 5 modes to measure any malfunctions which may or may not require the replacement of your injectors.

The price is for 2, 3 or 4 injectors maximum and of the same reference.
