Adaptable exhaust plate from WSM or SBT (depending on availability) for Yamaha 1200/1300cc jetskis from 1999 to 2008

The exhaust sheet metal made of stainless steel is an inexpensive alternative to replace the catalytic converter of the GP1200R, GP1300R, XL1200 and XLT1200LTD.

This is a duplicate of the plate Yamaha used in countries that did not require a catalytic converter.

Removing the catalytic converter reduces engine compartment temperatures, increases power, and gives you the freedom to use regular 2-stroke oil.

Due to its effects on passing emissions tests, it is intended for competition use only.

When installing on models equipped with a catalytic converter with OEM CDI, we recommend our Cat Temperature Sensor Chip. The circuit is designed to mimic the signal sent to the OEM CDI by the catalytic converter temperature sensor, preventing CDI flutter, warning device sounds, and engine shutdowns due to cat removal.
