The main feature of a UR-20 series vest is the pre-molded foam incorporated into the front and back of the vest. Instead of forcing flat EVA foam to wrap around the jetskier's body, the preform mold adds the ultimate in flotation and flexibility to conform to the jet ski rider's chest and back.

The UR-20P side entry vest uses ink fusion technology, instead of traditional screen printing ink. The ink fusion wraps and dyes the color around the thread and fibers of the materials. This provides a soft feeling to the touch.

It will never crack or dry out like screen printing inks. Additionally, our second foam process is hot and press compression, which allows us to take a 4 inch EVA foam board and compress it to a thickness of 2 inches. This process results in a lighter, more comfortable running vest with maximum flotation.
