The key feature of a UR-20 series vest is the pre-molded foam incorporated into the front and back of the vest. Instead of forcing a flat EVA foam to conform to the jet skier's body, the pre-molded design provides maximum buoyancy and flexibility to fit the chest and back of the jet ski rider.

The UR-20P side-entry vest uses ink fusion technology instead of traditional screen printing ink. Ink fusion envelops and dyes the color around the thread and fibers of the materials, resulting in a soft feel.

It will never crack or dry out like screen-printed inks. Furthermore, our second foaming process is hot compression and pressure compression, which allows us to take a 4-inch EVA foam panel and compress it to a thickness of 2 inches. This process results in a lighter, more comfortable running vest with maximum buoyancy.
