très bien , pour la sortir mettre l'ensemble 10mn au congelateur , elle sort toute seul sans forcer , pour remonter mettre que la bague 10mn au congélateur pareil elle rentre toute seul sans forcer ( je met ça j'ai vu beaucoup de vidéo de pose et dépose en découpant pour la sortir puis maillet pour la rentrer ou presse !!!)

Le produit n'est pas comme celui sur la photo, celui que j'ai reçu est bleu clair je ne sais pas si il est aussi en téflon mais après avoir fait des recherche il à l'air compatible avec mon ski donc c'est le plus important
