Our SUPER-Duty GEN-4 SHO/SVHO supercharger shaft kit offers ultimate reliability for high-boost applications. The kit includes a revolutionary hydraulic stabilizer bearing that limits shaft flex and wear.

The bearing stabilizes the end of the compressor shaft using a high-pressure oil film, significantly increasing system stability. The hydraulic end bearings and one-piece shaft bearings are supplied by a through-shaft lubrication system, providing superior lubrication.

The oil is conveyed through a braided stainless steel line and injected into a billet end cap housing a hydraulic bearing. The shaft is precision machined from a single piece of high-strength billet steel, producing a shaft, collar, and gear all in one piece.

This eliminates the common failure point on standard shafts where OEM gears are pressed onto the shaft. The shaft also features larger diameter threads and a nut for increased strength.

The kit includes a new one-piece bearing with an increased surface area for improved shaft stability. The bearings feature superior materials and a superior finish to reduce friction and abrasion resistance.

This shaft and bearing kit directly replaces the original parts and requires no additional modifications.
