Our SUPER-Duty GEN-4 SHO/SVHO boost shaft kit provides the ultimate reliability for high boost applications. The kit includes a revolutionary hydraulic stabilizing bearing that limits shaft flex and wear.

The bearing stabilizes the compressor shaft end with a film of high pressure oil, significantly increasing the stability of the system. Hydraulic end bearings and one-piece shaft bearings are powered by a through-shaft lubrication system providing superior lubrication.

Oil is routed through a braided stainless steel line and injected into a billet end cap housing a hydraulic bearing. The shaft is precision machined from a single piece of high strength billet steel producing a one piece shaft, collar and gear.

This eliminates the common point of failure on stock shafts where the OEM gears are pressed onto the shaft. The shaft also features larger diameter threads and nut for added strength.

The kit includes a new one-piece bearing with increased surface area providing improved shaft stability. The bearings feature superior materials and finishing treatment to reduce friction and abrasion resistance.

This shaft and bearing kit is a direct replacement for the original parts and requires no additional modifications.
