Our high-flow billet fuel rail is an essential upgrade to your fuel system to support increased power with supercharger or turbo modifications.

Directly replaces the restrictive factory fuel rail for improved fuel distribution and enhances the appearance of your engine compartment.

The precision-machined aluminum rail includes a unique support system that accommodates various injector sizes and lengths.

The large body provides increased flow capabilities to support applications exceeding 500 horsepower.

The inlet fitting accepts the OEM Sea-Doo fuel connector for easy plug-and-play installation.

Includes fittings for continuous flow fuel delivery to eliminate injector supply fluctuations and keep fuel cooler.

Can also be configured with OEM dead-point routing via the supplied pressure gauge or plug.

Constructed from 6061 aluminum and anodized to prevent corrosion.

Main features:

High-flow fuel delivery supports more power.
Fits all OEM Sea-Doo injectors as well as RIVA Pro series fuel injectors.
Provides equal fuel supply to the injectors with continuous fuel delivery.
Aluminium billet, anodized to prevent corrosion.
Can also be used on a standard engine with standard injectors for cosmetic upgrade.
Applications: All Sea-Doo 1503 and 1603 4-TEC engines.

Note: When using this fuel supply rail (part no. RS12050-BFR) with VT1100, OEM 230 or OEM 300 fuel injectors, Bosch VT1100 fuel tank caps (see below) are required for proper installation.
