The engine breather kit is easy to install and prevents crankcase and oil vapors from entering your Yamaha engine's air intake. It increases power by eliminating the engine's need to burn relatively incombustible oil.

It also improves intercooler efficiency by preventing oil sludge buildup, which reduces thermal efficiency. Excess oil vapor is routed to our translucent container where it condenses and collects for occasional draining via an integrated tap valve.

Features a non-slip reservoir foam to control oil movement. The kit includes a breather filter and an aluminum mounting bracket, as well as all necessary hardware and installation instructions.

Eliminates energy-consuming oil vapors from the intake.
Improves the efficiency of the intercooler.
The translucent material allows the oil level to be inspected.
Integrated petcock valve for oil draining.
Anti-slosh reservoir foam to control oil movement.

Use and maintenance:
The engine oil level should be equal to or just below the halfway mark on the dipstick.
Follow the proper engine oil level inspection procedure described in the owner's manual.
Check and empty the collection tray as needed.
Do not use harsh chemicals to clean the Catch Can (acetone, carburetor cleaner, brake cleaner, etc.).
