This kit significantly improves the performance and reliability of your intercooler system. This is an essential upgrade for all racing and recreational performance jet skis.

Key features include:
Improved direct replacement for the factory rubber hoses found in the charge piping system. Compatible with OEM and RIVA intercoolers.
High-strength multi-layer silicone hoses do not swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses. Provides improved throttle response and reliability with significantly increased heat and burst resistance. Rated at 40 PSI boost pressure.
Includes non-perforated aircraft grade clamps designed to reduce the risk of boost leaks with increased connection strength and decreased hose slippage.
TiAL Purge Valve: Improves compressor reliability and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during off-gas operation. Reduces wear on the compressor clutch and gears and eliminates heat soak in the discharge tube. The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5 mm) valve. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique look. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is tightened in place for maximum durability. The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for wear resistance. The wastegate also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo-style air fitting and bolt, with an oversized 10mm pipe barb for fast actuator response.
