This kit dramatically improves the performance and reliability of your intercooler system. This is an essential upgrade for all performance racing and recreational jet skis.

Key features include:
Improved direct replacement for factory rubber hoses found in the charge piping system. Compatible with OEM and RIVA intercoolers.
Heavy duty multi-ply silicone hoses will not swell under pressure like stock soft rubber hoses. Provides improved throttle response and reliability with significantly increased heat and burst resistance. Rated to 40 PSI boost pressure.
Includes aircraft grade non-perforated clamps designed to reduce the risk of boost leaks with increased connection strength and reduced hose slippage.
TiAL Purge Valve: Improves compressor reliability and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during off-throttle operation. Reduces compressor clutch and gear wear and eliminates heat soak in the discharge tube. The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in. (50.5 mm) valve. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp provides a very clean and unique look. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is torqued into place for maximum durability. The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for wear resistance. The blow off valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo bolt and air fitting, with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response.
