RIVA blow-off valve kit 50mm / 8 PSI (08+)

Tialsport Q-series blow-off valve kit from RIVA Racing in 50mm / 8 PSI for Yamaha and Seadoo jet skis equipped with a compressor.

Improves compressor reliability and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during throttleless operation.

Reduces wear on compressor clutch and gears and eliminates heat absorption in the discharge tube.

The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy.

Features a large 50mm valve. V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp allows for a secure and clean fit.

The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place for maximum durability.

The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for added wear resistance. The blow off valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo type air fitting and bolt with an oversized 10mm barbed fitting for quick actuator response. INCLUDES 8 PSI SPRING (WHITE).

The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp provides a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable and corrosion-free appearance.
The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is torqued into place to prevent any possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for added wear resistance.
