The Kawi Performance Belt Tensioner Arm Kit is a direct replacement for the factory cast aluminum arm and components that weaken over time at critical points, causing belt slippage and reduced boost horsepower.
The CNC machined arm houses stainless steel bearings protected by Viton seals and secured with 316 stainless steel retaining rings to ensure smooth operation.
316 stainless steel bushings and oversized washers provide a more durable buffer between the billet aluminum arm and mounting points.
The modified arm angle increases belt pressure, minimizing belt slippage under harsh conditions.

The billet arm is hard anodized to prevent corrosion.

Accepts OEM idler pulley or replacement pulley included with RIVA Racing “K3” Supercharger Pulley Kit.
