RIVA Racing intercooler hose kit for Seadoo 230 and 300 hp personal watercraft from 2016 to 2026

This kit significantly improves the performance and reliability of your intercooler system. It's an essential upgrade for all high-performance racing and cruising boats.

Main features:

Direct and improved replacement for the original rubber hoses of the supercharger system. Compatible with OEM and RIVA intercoolers.

The high-strength, multi-layer silicone hoses do not swell under pressure, unlike the original flexible rubber hoses. They offer improved throttle response and increased reliability, as well as significantly greater resistance to heat and bursting. Maximum boost pressure: 40 PSI.

Includes non-perforated, aircraft-grade hose clamps designed to reduce the risk of boost leaks through increased connection strength and reduced hose slippage.

Includes an opening for the TiAL relief valve (not included): this valve improves compressor reliability and performance by releasing unwanted overpressure during deceleration. It reduces wear on the compressor clutch and gears and eliminates overheating of the discharge tube.

Note : Blocking kit (RY17040-BVBO-TV) to seal the open port sold separately.
