comme d'autres avis, il manque 2 boulons sur les 4 à mettre a la place des anciens.... dommage. vous auriez pu résoudre ce soucis depuis le temps...

Cette rampe s'adapte bien aux fixations d'origine, si je retire une étoile c'est pour le fait que seules 3 boulons étaient fournit, donc moins 1 et quand plus ceux ci ne sont même pas en acier inoxydable,. Je trouve cela un peu mesquin de la part du fabricant.

Une rampe avait les fixations tordues je les ai redressés en espérant que ça ne les fragilises pas. Difficile à régler mais après c’est un plaisir de mettre le jet sur chariot.

J'ai bien reçus mes rampe de remorque. Sur l'une des deux rampe entre la barre centrale et le rouleau sur tout le même coté il ni a pas de rondelles pour éviter le frottement.

Produit reçu en 24h avec Chronopost 24 en bon état. Je n'ai pas encore installé ce produit mais c'est très simple car les attaches correspondent exactement à celles de ma remorque Galaxy. Donc très satisfait de cet achat. De plus le tarif avait été mis à jour et le prix avait très sensiblement baissé. Emballage soigné comme toujours.

Bonjour, désoler pour cette inconvénient dû surement au transport, (pourtant on fait le max pour protéger au mieux). Si vous voilé que cela fragilisé le métal, n hésitez pas à contacter Florine au service SAV, elle vous renverra gratuitement de nouvelle équerre. Restant à votre écoute. Sportivement.
