RIVA Racing Intercooler Tube Upgrade Kit for Seadoo 325 Watercraft or Jet Ski with Tial "QRJ" Blow Off Valve

This kit significantly improves the performance and reliability of the 325hp RXT and RXP models. The upgraded high-strength silicone hoses will not swell under pressure like the stock soft rubber hoses, providing improved throttle response and reliability.

The integrated TiAL “QRJ” blow-off valve replaces the smaller plastic factory “bleeder valve”, eliminating additional hoses and extending the life of the compressor clutch system.

An essential upgrade for all racing and recreational performance boats. Includes detailed installation instructions and improved clamps. Our testing concluded that the TiAL “QRJ” valve design was best suited for optimum boost control on 325hp engines.

The valve includes a billet diffuser.

Compatible with OEM intercooler and RIVA "GEN-4" power cooler. High strength multi-layer silicone hoses will not swell under pressure like stock soft rubber hoses.

Provides improved throttle response and reliability with significantly increased resistance to heat and bursting. Rated for 40 PSI boost pressure. Includes aircraft grade non-perforated clamps designed to reduce the risk of boost leaks with increased connection strength and reduced hose slippage.

TiAL “QRJ” Blow-Off Valve: Improves compressor reliability and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during throttleless operation. Reduces compressor clutch and gear wear and eliminates heat absorption in the discharge tube.

The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp provides a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable and corrosion-free appearance.

The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is torqued into place for maximum durability. The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for added wear resistance. The blow off valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo bolt and air fitting, with an oversized 10mm barbed fitting for fast actuator response.
